There are two memorials within St. James Church, Selborne Rd, East Tisted, Hampshire. The first is in the form of a nowy headed plaque listing those who died in Wordl War 1. The World War 2 memorial is in the form of a gilded board with gilded crests for the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and the Hampshire regiment all above the inscription.

Corporal 46087 "B" Coy. 19th Bn. Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). Died 22/09/1919 Age 25. M M, Mentioned in Despatches. Son of James and Kate Norgate, of Model Farm, Lower Farringdon, Alton, Hants. Born at East Tisted, Hampshire, England. (buried Lumbushi Chyd.). Buried in Murmansk New British Cemetery, Russian Federation, Sp. Mem. B24.

Private 29310 6th Bn. Somerset Light Infantry. Died 11/05/1918 Age 19. Son of George and Fanny Titheridge, of "Creeper Cottage", East Tisted, Alton, Hampshire. Buried in Foreste Communal Cemetery, Aisne, France, I. B. 15.

Second Lieutenant 1st Bn. Grenadier Guards. Died 25/10/1914 Age 21. Son of Godfrey and Edith Walter, of Malshanger, Hampshire, England. Commemorated at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, Ieper, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, Panel 9 and 11.
