On the village War Memorial, a stone cross. There are also plaques in the church plus a complete Roll of Honour of those who served in the 1939-1945 war with indicators to those who died. There is one addition from the Roll of Honour to the list of names found on the war memorial. This name is indicated *

	COTTINGHAM	Harry	Possibly Private 90164. 2/7th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment). Killed in action 21st March 1918. Born Bulwell, enlisted Nottingham and resident Bulwell, Notts. Commemorated ARRAS MEMORIAL. Bay 7.
	CREASEY	George H	Private PO/17822. HMS ‘M15’, Royal Marine Light Infantry. Died 24th September 1916, aged 23 years. Son of (the late) Thomas and Hannah Caroline Creasey of Dunholme, Lincs. Commemorated PORT SAID WAR MEMORIAL. G.7. See also South Carlton W.M.
	PORTUS	Fred	Possibly Private 46850. 16th Battalion, Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment). Died of wounds 28th September 1917, aged 34 years. Son of John and Catherine Portus. Born Rutford (?) and enlisted Lincoln, Lincs. Commemorated GODEWAERSVELDE BRITISH CEMETERY. I.J.19.
	PORTUS	Harold	Private 3448. 1st Battalion, Australian Infantry. Died between 22nd and 25th July 1916, aged 23 years. Son of Maltby John and Alice Portus of Dunholme Lodge, Lincs. Born in England. Commemorated VILLERS-BRETOONNEUX MEMORIAL.

	DIXON	John [Walter]	Flight Sergeant 363913. Royal Air Force. Died 19th December 1942, aged 36 years. Son of Walter Maude and Florence Rose Dixon. Husband of Christina J Dixon of Dunholme, Lincs. Commemorated YOKOHAMA WAR CEMETERY. British Section. P.C.4.
