BRADWELL ST. BARNABAS WAR MEMORIAL

The memorial stands in the churchyard of St. Barnabas Church, Bradwell, facing the main road (B6049). It takes the form of a two-stepped base surmounted by plinth and wheel cross with the inscription on the plinth with, in relief, a wreath in the centre of the cross, oak leaves and acorn design on the arms of the cross; there are crossed swords above the names of the dead. There are 33 names for World War 1 and 6 names for World War 2.
