TENTERDEN WAR MEMORIAL

World War 1 - Roll of Honour with detailed information
Compiled and copyright © Transcribed David Hughes and Neil Clark 2004

The towns civic war memorial is located in the High Street. The local church St Mildred’s has a large and impressive oak war memorial plaque on the wall inside the church. The plaque itself is in very good condition and is clearly being well looked after. When I visited, some kind soul had placed a beautiful flower display around the memorial. * Beside a name denotes that the name also appears on St Mildred’s church plaque
