The memorial consists of a single stone with a dedication and no names. The names are listed on a plaque in the parish church for World War 1 and 2. The Memorial Plaque was dedicated by the Rev Richard Titford on 4 March 2001. The names here have been sorted into alphabetical order within conflict.

Son of Peter Gant of The Heath, Alresford, Colchester. Husband of Annie Cant, 3 Love Lane, Brightlingsea, Essex. No known grave. Remembered on the Helles Memorial, Turkey, Panel 47/51.
