The
Tydd St Giles memorial is to be found in the grounds of St Giles Parish
Church, Tydd St Giles. It takes the form of a Celtic cross mounted on
a shaft mounted on a two tier plinth with a two-stepped base surrounded
by ornamental concrete posts supporting a chin link fence. There are
12 names for World War 1, 3 for World War 2 and one for Northern Ireland.

Gertrude Gay of Tydd St Giles, third son of family of six, three
girls and three boys.
